I tailor my approach to each individual, working with a variety of techniques that are listed below with a short description.
Person-Centred - this is an empathetic approach to therapy, that aims to give you a better understanding of yourself through a genuine therapeutic relationship.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - this type of therapy focuses on the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. By identifying and changing these thought patterns, you can improve your emotional well-being and develop healthier behaviours.
Psychodynamic Approach - explores the deep, unconscious processes and early life experiences that influence current thoughts, behaviours, and relationships. By uncovering these influences you can achieve emotional regulation and healthier relationships.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) - commonly known as tapping therapy, is a safe and effective tool, that can be used to reduce the intensity of the emotions that you are feeling. Evidence advises that negative emotion is due to a disruption in the body’s energy system which can be resolved by sequentially tapping on meridian points, leading to psychological reversal, which rebalances the flow of energy within the body, leading to reduction of both emotional and physical symptoms.
